Yes we do! Telehealth services allow us to provide specialised services to families across Australia and offer many other benefits (including more flexibility for clients and reduced costs).
If you prefer telehealth services, or even a mix of telehealth and face-to-face, please let us know and we can discuss if this option is suitable given your specific circumstances and goals.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your session time will incur the full session fee. Note that Medicare rebates cannot be claimed for cancellations.
Each calendar year (1st of January to 31st of December), you may be eligible for 10 sessions under the Medicare Better Access Scheme. At the moment, the Medicare rebate is set at $141.85 for a session with a Clinical Psychologist. In some cases, clients may be able to claim a slightly higher rebate for community-based sessions (i.e. $165.95).
If you intend to claim from Medicare, please advise us at the time of booking and bring the referral letter from your GP, Psychiatrist, or Paediatrician to your initial session.
Note that Medicare requires the Psychologist to report back to your referring doctor throughout the intervention and provide an update on progress. This is a legal requirement that must be adhered to in order to provide a Medicare service.
